No FoP in Qatar, see here Quan (talk) 09:02, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
- oops. If someone can clarify what is needed to cross "threshold of originality" in this case, i will be grateful. I cropped this image out of a wide angle shot i took. If i uploaded that with a couple of more buildings, road in the foreground etc, will that too run afoul of fop?--Sodabottle (talk) 09:35, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
- There is no threshold. There was a precedent when a photo of a plain concrete column (that's it, a dull grey upright slab and some trees behind it) was deleted because it belonged to a Le Corbusier structure. Right now there is/was a bunch of deletions of "art" by Richard Serra - and these are routinely deleted if there's "no FOP" in the country. NVO (talk) 12:28, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
