This template applies only to certain countries. The country parameter must be specified, and match a known country. Known countries should be listed below with links to the relevant legislation.

Known countries:

1. Austria: Art. 76b
2. Germany: Art. 71 (enacted 1965)

NB all EU countries should now have these rights, but in many countries it was only introduced recently, and the copyright period of works covered by this template cannot have expired yet. Listed above are countries where publication rights may have expired.
