This work is in the public domain because it has been nationalised by the Tamil Nadu Government and released into the public domain. Nationalisation of books by the Government of Tamil Nadu has been done by acquiring the copyrights following due procedure and the books are declared nationalized for public usage. In order to make these books fully available for public usage globally, it is essential that these books are available under a free content license. All the books nationalised by the Government of Tamil Nadu are usable under the CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0) Public Domain Dedication license.
